Are there any rebates for new windows?
The DWP currently offers a $2.00 per square foot rebate. This rebate is contingent upon the availability of funds.
Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes, our California State Licence Board Contractor’s License is #952272.
Do I have to buy on the spot to receive the best price?
You are not required to buy during our initial consultation, however, from time to time we do have time-sensitive promotions.
Do we need permits for windows?
In Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange County building permits are required for window replacement. In San Diego County, permits are not required on single-family dwellings.
Do you break stucco when you install our windows?
Most installations require no damage to your interior drywall/plaster or exterior stucco. We pride ourselves on a clean maintenance-free experience.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes, we are more than happy to provide a free no-obligation estimate. Just give us a call and we can get that set up for you.
Do you have workers' compensation?
Yes. We are proud to report that we have the appropriate workers’ compensation and liability insurance to provide the ultimate protection to you and your home.
Do you offer financing?
We offer financing through Wells Fargo. We are proud to offer traditional and interest free loans. We also offer secured financing.
Do you offer military and/or senior discounts?
We provide the best price and service to all of our customers.
Do you repair existing windows?
We don’t offer window repair services. However, we do provide a lifetime guarantee on any installations performed by our company.
Do you replace glass?
No. We are a full-service construction firm specializing in replacement windows. We replace the frame, locks, and glass. We provide a lifetime guarantee on the glass against condensation.
How do your prices compare to Home Depot?

How long does an estimate take?
The length of our appointment (estimate) is determined by the scope of work and the number of questions you may have. Our typical appointment estimate lasts 60 to 90 minutes.
How long is your estimate good for?
We offer pricing that is available for the entire year, as well as daily, weekly and monthly promotions.
How much of a deposit is required?
Per the Contractors State License Board we may take 10% up to $1000.00, whichever is less. We’re proud to report that we follow this law.
What colors do your windows come in?
We offer 3 standard exterior and interior colors; white, almond and clay. We also offer many custom colors (blue, red, bronze, green) for the exterior only.
What does "Lifetime Exterior Coating" mean?
Lifetime manufacturer material warranty against peeling, chipping, flaking and cracking for the lifetime original purchaser owns the home. Warranty is transferable one time within 10 years from the date of application.
What does your "On-Time Guarantee" mean?
If we’re late to our initial consultation you will receive a $100 discount off your final contract price.
